You’ll play a critical role in turning Emerald’s vision of power-flexible AI data centers into reality - coordinating software, infrastructure, and partner efforts to enable data centers to dynamically respond to grid conditions.\nThis role sits at the center of how we execute: working across engineering, product, and operations to bring up new deployments, integrate with data center and utility environments, and deliver tightly coordinated programs with strategic partners (e.g., NVIDIA and others in the ecosystem).\nYou’ll be responsible for aligning roadmaps across internal teams and external stakeholders, managing dependencies, and driving clarity in environments where requirements, constraints, and timelines are often evolving.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead technical programs with strategic partners, aligning roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables\n\nBreak down complex initiatives into clear workstreams, timelines, and dependencies\n\nTranslate requirements, constraints, and system designs across organizational boundaries\n\nEstablish and improve program management processes, tools, and operating rhythms\n\nIdentify and resolve cross-company risks, misalignments, and dependency gaps\n\nSupport partner integrations, deployments, and technical collaborations\n\nContribute to success metrics, including deliverables, timelines, and outcomes\n\nMinimum requirements\n5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering, or similar cross functional roles\n\nStrong technical fluency with the ability to engage with engineers on architecture, systems, and tradeoffs\n\nProven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs\n\nExcellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority\n\nExperience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments (startup experience strongly preferred)\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n\nAbility to balance execution with strategic thinking\n\nPreferred requirements\nBackground in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical operations\n\nExperience working with external partners, vendors, or ecosystem stakeholders on technical programs (e.g., NVIDIA, hyperscalers, OEMs)\n\nExperience working with AI infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems, including familiarity with compute, networking, and/or power constraints\n\nWhat We Offer\nMake an impact.
