You use AI thoughtfully and take full ownership of your work, so everything you deliver reflects your craft and your standards.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nOwn end-to-end UI design in Figma: user flows, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes tied to product and customer needs\n\nDesign responsive experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop\n\nUse AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, Claude) to explore faster, generate variations, and prototype more, then refine with craft and judgment\n\nLearn our business, our customers, and their buying workflows, and apply that understanding to design decisions\n\nGather feedback from end users and focus groups, and turn it into design improvements\n\nContribute to and help evolve our design system, including components and usage guidelines, so design and code stay consistent\n\nWrite clear design requirements and specifications, including interaction behavior, states, and edge cases, for engineering handoff\n\nPartner with product and engineering from concept through launch\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and communicate design decisions clearly to audiences at every level\n\nSkills and Abilities\n\nStrong critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail\n\nHands-on fluency with AI design and prototyping tools, and a point of view on where they help and where they don’t\n\nAbility to quickly learn a complex business and its users\n\nAbility to design for a global, multilingual audience\n\nAbility to work independently, drive projects without direction, and prioritize across competing demands\n\nPositive attitude, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback\n\nClear written and verbal communication\n\nEducation and Experience\n\n5+ years as a UI/UX designer, product designer, or similar role\n\nExpert-level Figma skills (auto layout, components, prototyping)\n\nExperience designing accessible interfaces, with working knowledge of accessibility standards\n\nExperience contributing to or building a design system (component libraries, documentation)\n\nA portfolio showing shipped responsive web products, ideally in eCommerce or B2B\n\nDemonstrated use of AI in your design process, with examples in your portfolio or in conversation\n\nExperience writing design specifications and working directly with engineers\n\nWorking knowledge of HTML/CSS, source control, and web development basics is a plus\n\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS\n\nTarget Compensation: $115,000 to $130,000\n\nPlease note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position.
