This position entails managing a diverse team of department managers and supervisors to ensure seamless coordination, operational excellence, and the achievement of production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide strategic direction, guidance, and support to department managers and supervisors across multiple operational units, including production, quality assurance, logistics, and maintenance.\nCollaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans aimed at optimizing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity while upholding the highest quality standards.\nOversee the execution of production schedules, analyze production data, and engage with production teams to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality transformer products that meet or surpass customer specifications.\nWork closely with the Quality Assurance team to establish and enforce stringent quality control measures, ensuring compliance with industry and customer standards.\nOptimize the allocation of resources, including human resources, equipment, and materials, to maximize production capacity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.\nUphold a strong commitment to safety by ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.\nFoster effective collaboration with other departments to streamline cross-departmental processes and ensure seamless coordination.\nDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each operational department, consistently analyzing data to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.\nCollaborate closely with the finance team to create and manage the operational budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and prudent cost control.\nIdentify training and development needs within operational teams, facilitating professional growth and succession planning.\nMinimum Requirements\nEducation/Certifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nBachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field preferred.\nExperience\n6+ years of relevant manager experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting, required.\n Knowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong knowledge of plant operations, production processes, and safety regulations.\nExcellent leadership and team management skills.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions.\nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal.\nProficiency in using computer software and systems for data analysis and
