We believe cloud infrastructure should be intelligent, power-aware, and optimized for modern GPU workloads-not simply a collection of virtual machines.\nWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI Cloud Services to lead the definition and launch Emerald Cloud Services. This is a true 0→1 product role, responsible for discovering customer needs, shaping the product strategy, and bringing new cloud services to market. You'll work across engineering, design, commercial, and customers to build a differentiated AI cloud experience for enterprises, AI labs, and infrastructure providers.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Emerald’s Cloud Services platform, shaping how customers access, manage, and optimize AI compute.\n\nConduct customer discovery and market research to identify emerging AI infrastructure needs and translate insights into differentiated offerings.\n\nDefine product requirements for AI cloud services, including compute provisioning, management, APIs, developer workflows, and platform capabilities.\n\nPartner closely with engineering to deliver scalable products while balancing customer needs, technical complexity, and business priorities.\n\nWork with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to define packaging, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and drive customer adoption.\n\nLead products from initial concept through launch, iteration, and commercialization.\n\nBring clarity to ambiguous problems and build alignment across customers, engineering, and business teams.\n\nMinimum requirements\n5+ years of product management experience building cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise software.\n\nExperience launching and scaling customer-facing software products from concept through commercialization.\n\nExceptional customer empathy with a strong product discovery mindset.\n\nExcellent product intuition and ability to identify market opportunities.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.\n\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExperience defining product strategy and prioritizing roadmaps in ambiguous environments.\n\nAbility to independently lead complex cross-functional initiatives.\n\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup.\n\nPreferred requirements\nExperience building AI infrastructure products.\n\nFamiliarity with NVIDIA GPUs, Kubernetes, Slurm, or distributed AI training.\n\nExperience with cloud provisioning, identity, networking, storage, or infrastructure automation.\n\nExperience working with AI startups, enterprise ML teams, or cloud infrastructure providers.\n\nWhat We Offer\nMake an impact.
