This role ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all equipment through routine and corrective maintenance activities. The position requires adherence to established safety standards, procedures, and housekeeping protocols while maintaining accurate maintenance records. Collaboration with team members and support of operational needs are essential to ensure overall facility performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform routine and corrective maintenance on facility infrastructure and equipment.\nFollow established procedures, safety standards, and housekeeping protocols.\nMaintain clear and accurate records of repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections.\nRequisition parts and supplies as needed to support maintenance activities.\nOperate hand tools and pneumatic equipment effectively to complete assigned tasks.\nOperate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.\nCollaborate with team members to support a cooperative and efficient work environment.\nEnsure workspaces are maintained in a safe, clean, and organized condition.\nCommunicate operational concerns and support requirements to supervisors and relevant departments.\nCoordinate with vendors to ensure timely support, resolve service-related issues, and obtain necessary information.\nSupport overtime and on-call maintenance requirements as needed.\nAdhere to company environmental, safety programs, policies, and procedures and perform other job-related duties as assigned.\nMinimum Requirements\nEducation/Certifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nValid Driver’s License preferred. \nExperience\nExperience in maintenance or related technical work is preferred but not required and will be considered. \n Knowledge Skills & Abilities\nAbility to perform maintenance tasks independently with minimal supervision.\nAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment.\nWorking knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and facility maintenance practices.\nAbility to safely operate tools, machinery, and material handling equipment.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.\nAbility to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external vendors.\nKnowledge of and adherence to safety standards and procedures.\nAbility to work in environments with exposure to noise, vibration, extreme temperatures, and hazardous conditions.\nPhysical ability to perform heavy work, including exerting significant force and performing activities such as lifting, pulling, stooping, crawling, crouching, kneeling,
