Our systems run in production at global scale and are used to build millions of real applications.\nSince our public launch, we've crossed $130M in Annualised Revenue and grown to over 10M users across 190+ countries, who have built 12M+ applications on Emergent. We're backed by Creaegis, Khosla Ventures, SoftBank, Lightspeed, Together, Y Combinator, Google, Claypond and Sentinel Global.\nWe're solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.\nWe're hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale.\nThe Role:\nAbout 70% of our users have never coded before. They are small business owners, solo founders, and operators who had an idea and no engineer to build it with. We are hiring a creator to be the face of Emergent on video. You will appear on camera in most of our short-form video, and you will also help decide what gets made. This is a creator role, not a presenter role, so you will be involved from the idea stage through to the edit.\nMost of our audience is in the US and Europe. You will be based in Bangalore and working with our team here, but the content is made for those markets. You should be comfortable on camera for an international audience and familiar with how creators there talk, joke, and hold attention. This is a full-time role reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing.\nWhat You'll Do:\nAppear on camera as the recurring face of Emergent across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube\nBring your own ideas for videos rather than waiting to be handed scripts\nWrite or rework scripts so they sound like you when spoken out loud\nShoot on a regular weekly cadence, including self-shot content when the situation calls for it\nTurn around timely videos quickly, often within 48 hours of a trend or news moment\nHost formats that involve other people: interviews with users, founders, and guests\nWork with the editors on pacing, hooks, and cuts\nShow up on camera in our brand replies, community posts, and live sessions where it makes sense\nReview performance data and adjust the approach based on what is landing\nWhat We're Looking For:\nDemonstrated experience being the face of video content, either for a brand or your own channel\nA body of work we can watch, with the numbers behind it\nNative or near-native English, with a North American or European accent\nAbility to perform for US and European audiences without translation, and knowledge of that internet culture from the inside\nLegally able to work in India\nStrong instincts for what makes someone stop scrolling in the first few seconds\nAbility to self-shoot and self-direct when needed\nBased in Bangalore, or willing to relocate\nComfort learning the product well enough to demo it and answer questions on camera\nNice to Have:\nExperience editing your own videos\nInterest in startups, software, or building things\nExperience hosting interviews or panel formats\nHow We Sound:\nOur tone is dry, direct, and plain. We do not oversell, we avoid hype, and we do not open a video by talking about artificial intelligence.\nBenefits and Perks:\nDaily Meals: Lunch and Dinner provided\nFamily Insurance: 5 Lakhs worth of coverage for you and your family\nUnlimited Paid Time Off: Take the time you need to recharge and come back refreshed\nFlexible Working Hours: Work arrangements that fit your life and commitments\nLet's build the future of software together.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3731,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Proficiency (C2)","optional":false}]},"benefits":["Flexible schedule"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":true,"industries":["Content Creation","Artificial Intelligence","AI Agents","AI Development Tools"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-16T15:41:45Z"},{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-13T21:03:43Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":53,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.589,"p_room":0.9,"age_days":36,"expected_fill_days":79,"reasons":["conf:0","stale_co","velocity","win:mid"],"computed_at":"2026-10-23T05:54:15Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/emergent-content-creator","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/emergent-content-creator.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-23T11:08:40Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":16916,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-24T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":13432},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=13432"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Femergent-content-creator"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Femergent-content-creator"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Femergent-content-creator"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/emergent-content-creator\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Femergent-content-creator"}]}
