The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.\nWe're hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale.\nThe Role:\nWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience to lead our MIS and financial reporting function. The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP), month-end close, audit management and internal controls. The candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven record of driving process improvement and automation in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.\nWhat You'll Do:\nPrepare and finalise monthly, quarterly and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS, US GAAP, IFRS and Companies Act requirements.\nEnsure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial reports.\nDrive closure of books within management-defined timelines and improve the month-end close.\nLead statutory, internal, tax and other regulatory audits. Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and resolve audit queries on time.\nStrengthen internal financial controls (IFC) and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.\nIdentify process gaps, assess risks and implement corrective actions.\nPrepare and publish monthly MIS, P&L balance sheet, variance analysis and key performance indicators.\nDevelop and maintain management dashboards, segment-wise reporting and cost centre analysis.\nTrack and report departmental performance, cost optimisation initiatives and efficiency metrics through department-level MIS.\nOversee the general ledger process for timely and accurate accounting and reporting.\nPerform balance sheet reviews and reconciliations.\nOwn revenue recognition for subscriptions, credits and top-ups, including deferred revenue, refunds and chargebacks.\nManage multi-entity accounting for the US and India entities, including intercompany, FX and USD consolidation.\nWork with external advisors on statutory and tax filings, including GST, TDS and transfer pricing.\nImplement process improvements, automation and efficiency initiatives in MIS and record-to-report.\nConduct analytical reviews of financial results to identify trends, variances and actionable insights.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nChartered Accountant with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience.\nStrong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, MIS, audits and record-to-report (R2R) processes.\nSound technical knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP and the Companies Act.\nExperience in multi-entity accounting and financial consolidation.\nStrong understanding of internal financial controls, risk management and corporate governance.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving and financial modelling skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to work across business functions.\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred:\nExperience at a SaaS, consumer subscription, or high-growth technology company;\nExposure to usage-based or credit-based pricing models\nExperience supporting fundraising or working across India and US entities.\nHands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT in day-to-day finance
