You will function as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), owning architecture reviews, feature development, debugging, and technical problem-solving for customer implementations.\n\nResponsibilities: \nPartner with customers to understand Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and translate them into scalable technical solutions.\nBuild and customise features using autonomous coding agents and AI tools.\nIntegrate LLM APIs into production-grade systems.\nReview architecture, code flow, and system design for reliability and scalability.\nDebug complex issues across application layers.\nContribute to High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).\nImplement best engineering practices, including rate limiting, asynchronous processing, and API optimisation.\nPerform code reviews, manual QA, and automated QA.\nEnable customers through strategic knowledge transfer and technical guidance.\n\nRequirements: \n3+ years of experience in fullstack or backend development.\nExperience working in a product-based company.\nHands-on ownership of core product features.\nStrong proficiency in Python (mandatory).\nExperience with modern backend technologies such as Node.js or NestJS.\nExperience contributing to HLD, LLD, and system design.\nStrong debugging skills and architecture review capability.\nExperience implementing scalable APIs, rate limiting, and asynchronous workflows.\nSolid foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and complexity analysis.\nHands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into production systems.\nExperience building AI-powered features for real-world use cases.\nUnderstanding of prompt design, reliability considerations, and scaling AI-driven applications.\nAbility to operate as an end-to-end owner of development, code review, QA, and debugging.\nComfortable refining designs and fixing implementation gaps independently.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate directly with customers and guide them through complex technical challenges.\nExperience working with PRDs and translating business requirements into engineering outcomes.\nEngineers with a product-first
