scale.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDefine and own the frontend architectural vision for complex, high-scale products\nDesign scalable component systems, UI frameworks, and internal tooling\nTranslate product requirements and Figma designs into robust technical architecture\nLead performance optimization, accessibility, security, and scalability initiatives\nBreak down complex problems, propose long-term technical strategies, and influence roadmap\nBuild reusable libraries, design systems, and internal packages for engineering efficiency\nReview critical code paths, guide engineering best practices, and maintain technical excellence\nWork closely with Product, Design, and Backend to shape end-to-end solutions\nMentor and upskill senior engineers, enabling them to operate at an architect level\nWhat We're Looking For:\n5 to 8 years of frontend engineering experience with deep React.js and TypeScript expertise\nStrong background in architecting large-scale, distributed, modular frontend systems\nMastery of modern state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, React Query, or similar)\nExpert in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Web APIs, browser internals, and performance tuning\nStrong with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Turborepo), bundling, and optimization strategies\nAbility to design UI frameworks, component libraries, and cross-platform solutions\nSolid understanding of REST, GraphQL, caching, and client-side data architecture\nStrong debugging skills and experience resolving production-scale issues\nExperience with automated testing (Jest, RTL, Cypress) and CI/CD workflows\nComfortable working from office\nGood to Have:\nExperience with Next.js, micro-frontends, or SSR architectures\nWorked with design systems (Storybook, MUI, Chakra,
