This role is ideal for someone with a few years of QA experience who enjoys uncovering issues before they reach users and takes pride in delivering high-quality software experiences.\nYou'll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Clinical Subject Matter Experts, and fellow QA professionals to validate new features, identify defects, improve testing processes, and support successful product releases. The ideal candidate combines strong manual testing skills with exposure to automation practices and brings a natural curiosity for exploring edge cases and testing beyond expected workflows.\nResponsibilities\nExecute manual testing for web applications, platform features, and virtual reality experiences.\n\nPerform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.\n\nDevelop comprehensive test plans and test cases that validate business requirements and identify potential edge cases.\n\nInvestigate and reproduce reported issues, documenting findings with clear and actionable detail.\n\nCreate and maintain detailed bug reports, including reproduction steps, expected results, actual results, and supporting evidence.\n\nValidate bug fixes and confirm resolution prior to release.\n\nParticipate in release readiness activities, testing cycles, and quality sign-offs.\n\nContribute to test automation efforts and help improve overall testing efficiency.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance product quality and user experience.\n\nHelp maintain testing documentation, standards, and quality assurance best practices.\n\nQualifications\n2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or a related role.\n\nStrong manual testing skills and a solid understanding of software testing methodologies.\n\nExperience creating test plans, test cases, and defect documentation.\n\nAbility to think critically beyond documented requirements and identify edge cases, risks, and unexpected user behaviors.\n\nExperience working within established QA processes and development workflows.\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to learn new tools, technologies, and business domains quickly.\n\nNice-to-Have Skills\nExposure to test automation tools, frameworks, or automation best practices.
