At the same time, you'll coach and develop a small product team while influencing leaders across the business. impact.\nResponsibilities\nOwn product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.\n\nLead customer discovery efforts to understand user needs, market opportunities, and business challenges.\n\nPartner with customers, stakeholders, design, and engineering teams to identify and validate solutions.\n\nDrive products from discovery through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.\n\nBalance customer needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and market opportunities when making product decisions.\n\nFacilitate product research, experimentation, and rapid prototyping initiatives.\n\nEvaluate product opportunities based on customer value, business impact, engineering effort, and revenue potential.\n\nLead and develop a team consisting of two Product Owners and one Product Analyst.\n\nConduct coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development conversations.\n\nPresent recommendations, business cases, and product strategies to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.\n\nHelp mature product management practices across the organization.\n\nCollaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to drive product success.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of Product Management experience within a SaaS or software product environment.\n\nProven experience leading product discovery and customer research initiatives.\n\nExperience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization.\n\nDemonstrated success taking products from discovery through launch and iteration.\n\nExperience managing, mentoring, or developing Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, or similar roles.\n\nStrong ability to identify root customer problems and translate insights into product opportunities.\n\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\n\nAbility to operate effectively within ambiguous or evolving environments.\n\nStrong business acumen and commercial decision-making skills.\n\nExperience influencing executive stakeholders and driving alignment across teams.\n\nAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.\n\nNice to Have Skills\nExperience working in high-growth SaaS organizations.\n\nConsulting or advisory experience.\n\nExperience with AI-enabled products, automation platforms, or emerging technologies.\n\nExperience evaluating build-versus-buy decisions and third-party software integrations.\n\nExposure to insurance, insurtech, fintech, or other regulated industries.\n\nExperience building products for enterprise customers.\n\nFamiliarity with customer intelligence, customer engagement, or voice AI solutions.\n\nExperience helping organizations modernize mature software
