You will explore how users think, build trust, and make decisions when working alongside AI systems. You will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to turn these insights into real value for our customers and build products for millions of users.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive Human-AI Research: Lead research studies leveraging a range of qualitative and quantitative approaches to understand what drives user behavior and how people build trust when working with AI.\nExplore & Test New Ideas: Run research to discover new ways people can interact with AI.\nUsability Studies: Gather hands-on user feedback and turn it into practical ideas that shape what features we build and how they function.\nSupport Data & Insights Foundation: Help create tools and dashboards that combine different data sources like interview transcripts analysis, product usage to understand how human-AI interactions are evolving and what that means for our product.\nCollaborate Across Teams: Act as the behavioral expert working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to solve complex, open-ended product questions.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience: 7 years+ of hands-on research experience in tech, product, consulting, or applied research environments.\nBehavioral Science Expertise: A strong background in Behavioral Science, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).\nStrong Research Skills: Proven ability to use mixed research methods-combining deep qualitative research (like in-depth interviews and observation) with strong data analysis (like surveys, experiments, and tracking behavioral data).\nLiterature Review: Bring together frameworks, insights, and applications of how AI-Human interaction conversations are evolving across Industry and Academia.\nAI Product Experience: Hands-on experience conducting research and shaping strategy for AI tools and agentic workflows.\nStrategic Influence: A clear track record of turning complex user insights into practical product changes and leadership decisions.\nBonus
