scale.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn UX writing and content design across the Emergent product, creating clear, intuitive, and engaging experiences for users\n\nPartner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders to shape product experiences from early concepts through launch\n\nTranslate complex product, technical, and AI concepts into simple, accessible, and user-friendly language\n\nWrite and refine UI copy across product flows, including onboarding, navigation, empty states, errors, notifications, tooltips, prompts, forms, and other interaction points\n\nDevelop content strategies and voice-and-tone guidelines that create a consistent product experience across the platform\n\nCollaborate with UX Researchers and Product Designers to understand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and language preferences, and translate insights into better product experiences\n\nUse content to simplify complex workflows, reduce user confusion, improve usability, and drive activation, engagement, and adoption\n\nEstablish and evolve content standards, patterns, terminology, and reusable content components across the product\n\nWork closely with Design Systems and Product teams to build and scale content patterns that can be used consistently across experiences\n\nAdvocate for clear, inclusive, accessible, and human-centered communication throughout the product\n\nPresent content decisions and recommendations to stakeholders, clearly articulating the user and business rationale behind them\n\nContribute to and strengthen UX writing processes, documentation, content workflows, and content operations across the organization\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n4-7 years of hands-on experience in UX Writing, Content Design, Product Writing, or a closely related field\n\nStrong experience writing for digital products, with a deep understanding of how language shapes user experience and behavior\n\nProven ability to simplify complex concepts and workflows into clear, concise, and intuitive product experiences\n\nExperience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, and Engineers in cross-functional product teams\n\nStrong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user journeys, interaction design, and usability\n\nExcellent command of written English, with strong attention to clarity, tone, grammar, consistency, and detail\n\nAbility to develop and maintain voice-and-tone guidelines, content principles, terminology, and UX writing standards\n\nStrong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to explain and defend content decisions using user and business context\n\nExperience working with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Notion, or similar\n\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and incomplete information\n\nPortfolio demonstrating strong UX writing / content design work and the impact of content decisions on product experience, usability, or business outcomes\n\nGood to Have:\nExperience working on B2C products, consumer applications, AI-powered products, agentic AI, SaaS, marketplaces, or other complex digital products\n\nExperience designing content for AI interactions, AI-generated experiences, conversational interfaces, prompts, or agentic workflows\n\nExperience building or scaling content design systems, content guidelines, or UX writing operations\n\nFamiliarity with user research, usability testing, experimentation, and product analytics\n\nExperience working on 0→1 products or early-stage products with high ambiguity and rapidly evolving requirements\n\nExperience with accessibility and
