team to reach a common understanding of the pain/problem to address the needs;\n\nAnalysis of the gathered requirements and expectations and creation of requirements specifications;\n\nPresentation business requirements to tech team and support tech team in clarifications of requirements and change request management, lead refinement sessions;\n\nPlan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation;\n\nCreate various artifacts, such as SRSs, minimal schema and configuration requirements, presentations, user guides, introduction materials, and release notes.\n\nYour expertise\n\n3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst;\n\nAbility to understand complex business tasks and translate them into requirements;\n\nAbility to write functional and non-functional requirements, create user stories and use cases (including diagrams, UML, BPMN);\n\nGood knowledge of prototyping tools;\n\nStrong technical knowledge of client-server architecture, API, SQL, HTML/CSS;\n\nStrong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);\n\nAttention to details, strong logic mindset, ability to identify corner cases, result-oriented approach;\n\nStrong time management skills to feel confident with multi-task activities;\n\nExperience in payments domain;\n\nEnglish: Upper-Intermediate.\n\nTech Stack:\n\nPHP 8,
