Handling settlements with suppliers (hoteliers):\nOperating in 1C:8.3 (Accounting) and, later, in ERP:\nReconciliation of revenue and payments\nAdjusting documents and outstanding balances\nCreating additional invoices/requests for payment\nUpdating invoice/payment statuses\nVerifying accuracy of supplier settlements in ERP\nOther accounting tasks in 1C\nUsing Google Sheets:\nCollecting and preparing data for payments\nMaintaining tables with settlement details and hoteliers’ banking information\nWorking within internal Extranet and CRM systems\n2. Working with virtual credit cards:\nReconciling issued cards\nIssuing and deleting cards as needed\nKeeping a registry of active cards\n3. Communicating with colleagues:\nHandling requests from hoteliers in chat and by email\nMaking adjustments\nProviding required documents/information\nProcessing payments and related requests\n4.
