You design, develop and maintain complex, scalable, high-performance Java applications. You will provide technical leadership and make sure deliverables align with best practices and business requirements.\nJoin our team and let’s change the game together!\nWe want you to:\nProvide technical leadership in designing, coding, testing and deploying Java-based applications.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, architecture and delivery timelines.\nConduct code reviews and promote coding standards and best practices.\nTroubleshoot, debug and optimize applications for performance and scalability.\nMentor other developers and facilitate knowledge sharing.\nThis job might be for you if you have:\n8+ years of experience in Java development focused on high-performance applications, with strong expertise in Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate.\nExperience with RESTful API development and front-end technologies such as Angular and React, with solid Angular experience.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), including AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials, AWS Technical Essentials and AWS Solutions Architect Essentials.\nKnowledge of observability and New Relic, including New Relic Observability Foundations and Observability Practitioner.\nProficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.\nProven experience in technical leadership, project management and agile methodologies, with clear communication of technical solutions.\nClaude Code experience and an agentic mindset.\n You might also have:\nExperience in microservices architecture.\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices.\nAdvanced knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL).\n Location requirement:\nThis opportunity requires you to be based in Riga, Latvia.\nWhat we offer:\nSalary: 4.500 -
