Because when you’re trying to change an industry, you need people who have each other’s backs.\nAs a Senior Data Engineer at Emergn you will help us shape Emergn exciting future and play an important role in our growth.\nWe want you to:\nLead the design and development of scalable data pipelines using Python and Apache Spark.\nArchitect and deliver modern data platforms on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric.\nOwn end-to-end data engineering delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and reliability.\nProvide technical leadership, mentoring teams and driving engineering best practices.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective data solutions.\nEnsure data governance, security, and compliance across all platforms.\nProactively identify improvements, risks, and opportunities, driving continuous optimisation.\nThis job might be for you if you have:\nExtensive hands-on experience with Python and Apache Spark in data engineering environments.\nStrong experience building solutions on Azure (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake).\nPractical experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud data architectures.\nExperience in data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy or Polars.\nProven leadership skills with experience guiding and developing engineering teams.\nHighly adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.\nStrong proactivity and ownership mindset, driving initiatives independently.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nWhat we offer:\nSalary 4750 -
