Because when you’re trying to change an industry, you need people who have each other’s backs.\nAs a Senior Solution Architect at Emergn, you will design scalable architectures, optimise system flows, and ensure technical quality that enables reliable and efficient delivery of product value early and often.\nJoin our team and let’s change the game together!\nWe want you to:\nOwn the solution architecture for bids and delivery projects: scope, target architecture, integration design, non-functional requirements, effort and cost estimates, risks.\nWrite and defend the technical part of RFI/RFP responses in Latvian.\nAct as technical lead for delivery teams: design decisions, architecture reviews, code and quality gates.\nDesign integrations across cloud, on-premises, and legacy systems, including state registries and shared platforms.\nAssess where AI is the right solution component and where it is not, and design accordingly.\nPresent and justify architecture to client business owners, procurement committees, and technical staff.\nThis job might be for you if you have:\n5+ years in solution or software architecture, including at least two enterprise-scale systems taken from design to production.\nStrong software engineering background and hands-on credibility with development teams.\nOne major cloud platform in depth (Azure, AWS or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).\nSystem and API integration: patterns, messaging, event-driven design, data exchange, backward compatibility.\nSecurity and identity architecture fundamentals: authentication and authorisation, secrets, network segmentation, data classification.\nNon-functional design: performance, availability, scalability, cost, operability.\nEstimation and delivery discipline: you can size work, commit to it, and hold a team to quality.\n Nice to Have:\nPublic sector experience in Latvia or the EU: procurement, interoperability requirements, accessibility (WCAG), NIS2.\nData platform and analytics architecture.\nArchitecture documentation and modelling practice (C4, ArchiMate, ADRs).\nLegacy modernisation and phased migration programmes.\nCertifications in your primary cloud platform or TOGAF-level architecture practice.\nWhat we offer:\nSalary 4000 -
