The role spans design coordination, requirement freezing, sourcing, delivery, commissioning, and handover, while ensuring strong data integrity, budget control, MIS reporting, and audit-ready documentation for the IT category.\nThis role acts as a single point of accountability across internal stakeholders and external vendors, OEMs, consultants, and architects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. End-to-End IT Infrastructure Procurement & Delivery\nDrive procurement and delivery for:\nIT hardware (servers, storage, network devices, Wi-Fi, firewalls)\nIT active infrastructure (switches, routers, wireless, AV / CCTV / PA IT components)\nIT passive infrastructure (structured cabling, fibre, racks, containment)\nCoordinate from design inputs & requirement freezing through procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover to business and IT teams.\nSupport both new deployments and refresh cycles.\n2. Design, Requirement & Stakeholder Coordination\nWork with internal IT, Facilities, Projects, Finance, and Business teams to define scope.\nCoordinate with external consultants, architects, designers, OEMs, and system integrators.\nEnsure scope is frozen with design-to-cost discipline and execution feasibility.\n3. Commercial, Vendor & Contract Management\nLead RFQs/RFPs, techno-commercial evaluations, and negotiations.\nFinalize contracts, rate cards, AMC structures, and licence renewals.\nManage OEM relationships, warranties, SLAs, spares, and back-to-back support.\nHandle AMC renewals, licence renewals, and support contracts for the IT category.\n4. Data, Records & Governance (Critical)\nOwn complete data and critical record keeping for the IT category, including:\nBOQs, contracts, POs, amendments\nWarranties, AMCs, licences, renewal trackers\nOEM authorisations and compliance documents\nEnsure documentation is audit-ready and centrally accessible.\n5. Analytics, MIS & Reporting\nBuild and maintain category-level MIS, including:\nSpend analysis (CAPEX / OPEX)\nBudget vs actuals\nSavings and cost-avoidance tracking\nVendor performance metrics\nProvide periodic dashboards and management reports for leadership reviews.\n6. Budget & Expense Ownership\nOwn IT category budgets in coordination with Finance and IT.\nTrack forecasts, commitments, accruals, and variances.\nEnsure spend stays within approved budgets and flag risks early.\nSupport annual budgeting and multi-campus capex planning.\n7.
