You'll work closely with developers to deliver website enhancements, review code, maintain engineering standards, and ensure reliable releases. You'll also partner with the Product and Marketing teams to deliver website initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and reusable components\nDevelop solutions using WordPress APIs, hooks, filters, custom post types, taxonomies, metadata, REST APIs, and third-party integrations\nReview code and ensure high standards for quality, security, performance, and maintainability\nWork with developers to plan, coordinate, and deliver website releases\nOptimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, analytics, Salesforce integrations, and third-party services\nSupport CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and production releases\nTroubleshoot production issues and improve website reliability\nCollaborate with the Product, Design, Marketing, and developers to deliver website enhancements\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n5-7 years of professional experience developing WordPress applications using PHP (PHP 8+) with strong OOP knowledge\nStrong expertise in:Custom WordPress themes and plugins\nWordPress hooks, filters, APIs, REST APIs, and Composer\nCustom Post Types, Taxonomies, and Metadata\nJavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Vanilla JavaScript\n\nExperience integrating Salesforce with WordPress using APIs or middleware\nExperience optimizing website performance and Core Web Vitals\nExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and automated testing\nGood understanding of MySQL, Linux, caching, CDN, HTTP, website security, and API integrations\nStrong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience with WordPress Multisite or enterprise WordPress projects\nExperience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium\nExperience with Docker and Composer\nSkills\nCSS3, Git, HTML5, JavaScript, MySQL, PHP,
