Job description: We're looking for a Website Engineering Lead to build and maintain high-performance WordPress websites. You'll work closely with developers to deliver website enhancements, review code, maintain engineering standards, and ensure reliable releases. You'll also partner with the Product and Marketing teams to deliver website initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and reusable components Develop solutions using WordPress APIs, hooks, filters, custom post types, taxonomies, metadata, REST APIs, and third-party integrations Review code and ensure high standards for quality, security, performance, and maintainability Work with developers to plan, coordinate, and deliver website releases Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, analytics, Salesforce integrations, and third-party services Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and production releases Troubleshoot production issues and improve website reliability Collaborate with the Product, Design, Marketing, and developers to deliver website enhancements Required Skills & Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience developing WordPress a
