In this position the Job Holder is responsible for development and leading the execution of sales strategies of designated Reliability Solutions within CSS to achieve the agreed Norway Bookings, Gross Profit, Sales and strategic targets for the product lines and services in the agreed sales territory. This will be achieved by working in close collaboration with the current RS Sales Manager and Nordics CSS organization.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Identify market requirements and specifics, develop and execute the strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability within customers in the agreed sales territory
- Actively promote and sell Reliability Solutions offerings including products, solutions and services in the agreed geographical area or industry of responsibility
- Actively pursue of existing opportunities to promote the assigned product lines, entire product portfolio and services
- Seek new opportunities to sell assigned products and services to CSS installed base and new customers and industries
- Sales and Product Support to CSS Nordics sales team in all the leads and detected opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge on all products and solutions and have the ability to communicate & apply that knowledge through Solutions Selling methodology
- Report to the Nordics Reliability Solutions Leader and utilize the European Management on quotation & project potential through POR and other reporting mechanisms.
- Propose and agree sales targets helping to prepare the best possible budgets and later achieve the so defined objectives of bookings and profits
- Drive sales and proposal strategies with the sales support organization
- Drive development of strategies and initiatives to ensure long term business growth and customer loyalty
- Support and drive forming and maintaining business relationships with Customers, Partners, and Suppliers that help deliver long term growth for the business
- Maintain a project opportunity list for the assigned sales area in CRM etc.
- Participate in customer development activities as trade shows, fairs, conferences aiming to promote the sale of products, solutions and services of designated Instrumentation
- Report regularly to the direct supervisor on market trends, competition strategies and customer behaviors which may affect the Emerson business strategies
- Ensure that all transactions are properly screened and recorded in accordance with the company’s Trade Compliance procedures and escalate any concerns or questions to the local Gatekeeper
- Perform other duties as requested by the Manager

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience in account management, technical sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience with reliability, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or industrial automation solutions.
- Knowledge of process industries, manufacturing, energy, or oil & gas.
- Experience managing strategic customer accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting.
