This is a junior role in the Accounts Payable team.\nWe look forward to seeing your application!\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nPerforms routine accounts payable tasks in a timely manner including gathering information, verifying accuracy, inputting/ processing vendor invoices (Purchase Order and non-Purchase Order) and travel & expense reports\nIdentifies disputes related to the invoices (quantity/pricing/receipt, concerns, etc.) and is responsible of following up & resolving with the relevant department\nEscalates to higher management exceptional situations where help is required\nWill provide support, as required, to the various accounts payable activities in all European locations, with a strong focus on Poland\nLiaise with vendors/suppliers, business units and respond to queries\nPrepares/sends account statements when required and resolves discrepancies\nProvides supporting documentation for internal/external audits\nWho You Are:\nYou research initiatives and try new approaches. You focus on priorities and set stretch goals.
