In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Assemble actuators and spare kits according to engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Perform assembly and testing across different product models to meet daily production output and customer requirements.
- Perform component picking, material staging, labeling, and packing as required to support smooth production flow.
- Ensure all work meets Emerson quality standards and identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace in accordance with 5S and safety requirements.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Store, Quality, Shipping, and other relevant teams to support production requirements.
- Promptly highlight production bottlenecks, safety concerns, quality issues, or improvement opportunities to the supervisor.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned based on business requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, equipment repair, industrial maintenance, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical principles and experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to understand and follow standardized assembly instructions, work instructions, and technical manuals.
- Basic understanding of quality requirements and the ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Ability to perform multiple production activities, including assembly, testing, picking, labeling, and packing.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Willingness to work shifts or overtime when required based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Previous experience in mechanical or industrial product assembly.
- Experience working in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with 5S, Lean manufacturing, safety, and quality practices.
- Experience performing product testing, material picking, labeling, or packing in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a production team.
