Our Business Analyst within the BU serves as a key business partner between BU Operations, Product Management, Global Operations (Demand and Supply Chain), and Sales, among others. This role requires an individual with experience leveraging data, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to improve forecast accuracy, balance supply and demand, identify business risks and opportunities, and support executive decision-making.\nIn This Role your Responsibilities Will Be:\nPartner with Product Management, Global Operations, BU Operations & Business Management, Demand & Supply Chain, and Sales to support the monthly S&OP process\nDevelop a deep understanding of business strategies, processes, operations, through a data-driven perspective \nAnalyze demand, bookings, backlog, inventory, supply constraints, and fulfillment performance to identify risks and opportunities\nGather and communicate insights to drive positive business impact\nMonitor demand signals, supply risks, and customer escalations, providing timely visibility and recommendations to executive leadership\nDocument business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements to increase organizational efficiency \nSupport monthly planning cycles, including forecasting, demand planning, and operational reviews\nWho You Are:\nYou enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities, and growing the business\nFor This Role You Will Need:\nBachelor’s Degree, with > 5 years of related experience\nDisplay a high degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail\nStrong business acumen with demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to evaluate risks, opportunities, and business performance\nStrong cross-functional collaboration skills and an ability to influence\nExperience working with large data sets and multiple business systems\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\nBusiness acumen and analytical capabilities; ability to use data-driven insights to make decisions and evaluate risks and opportunities. \nExperience with data management and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Salesforce Analytics a plus\nExperience supporting S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes, and/or experience working within Kinaxis Demand & Supply Tool (Maestro)\nOverall, this role is critical in enabling effective business planning and operational execution across the ADG organization. The Business Operations Analyst will serve as a key partner and liaison across the Business Operations and Product Management teams, while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.
