Communicates with the finance team to have them release for payment.\n\nUpdates item attributes whenever there is a change.\n\nCommunicates suppliers' related issues with the sourcing group to ensure proper development measures are taken\n\nAbility to work independently as well as in a team environment and be able to interact with associates and managers in various departments/countries and resolve common concerns with diplomacy and professionalism.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou balance planning with actions. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Materials Management, or Supply Chain Management, or any related field is preferred\n\n1to 3 years of experience in Purchasing or Production Scheduling/Planning areas\n\nAdvanced English Level (B2+)\n\nKnowledge of MRP and Capacity Planning\n\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint\n\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nHighly organized and detail oriented.\n\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills and be attentive to detail work in a dynamic environment.\n\nAPICS / CPM certification.\n\nAbility to maintain positive work relationships with all work associates.\n\nAbility to maintain good customer relations.\n\nSkilled in negotiations, conflict management, and change management\n\nExperience working with the Oracle ERP system.\n\nBasic understanding of engineering specifications, manufacturing processes, and cost analysis (preferred).\n\nImport/Export/Incoterms knowledge.\n\nOur Culture & Commitment to You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
