In this role, you will maintain product configuration data and support engineering change management processes across the product lifecycle. This role is based on-site in our Boulder, CO location.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nCreate and maintain part numbers, bills of materials (BOMs), specifications, and related product data within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to ensure accurate product configuration records.\nProcess engineering change requests, change orders, and change actions while supporting implementation activities across the product lifecycle.\nAnalyze proposed design changes, perform where-used analysis, and assist in evaluating and documenting impacts to product configurations, documentation, and manufacturing processes.\nReview design release documentation to ensure configuration identification, compliance requirements, and data quality standards are met.\nCoordinate implementation workflows by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and supporting the timely completion of change-related activities.\nSupport new product development and sustaining engineering projects by creating and maintaining accurate product structures and configuration records.\nManage ERP and PLM metadata, validate product information, and maintain traceability of product configurations throughout the product lifecycle.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and data quality while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Configuration Management function.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support efficient product lifecycle and change management processes.\nWho You Are:\nYou build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You adapt your approach to changing needs, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and take ownership of delivering high-quality results that support team and organizational goals.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.\nTwo (2) years experience supporting configuration management, product data management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related technical environment.\nExperience working with product data, bills of materials (BOMs), technical documentation, or engineering change processes.\nWorking knowledge of configuration management principles and product lifecycle processes.\nExperience using PLM, ERP, or similar business systems.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities effectively.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.\nLegal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position \nAuthorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range is $68,000 - $98,000 commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
