This position offers meaningful responsibility, international exposure, and the opportunity to develop as a trusted legal advisor within a global organization.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nProvide legal advice and guidance on a broad range of legal matters, including procurement contracts, commercial agreements, corporate law, data protection, compliance, cybersecurity, claims management, and security-related legal topics.\nDraft, review, negotiate, and support the execution of commercial agreements, procurement contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documents.\nPartner with business stakeholders to identify legal risks and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.\nSupport corporate housekeeping activities and ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.\nAssist with compliance programs, checkpoint review processes, sanctions-related matters, and other regulatory initiatives.\nManage and support claims, disputes, investigations, and litigation matters in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counsel.\nMonitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations.\nContribute to legal process improvements, template development, and implementation of best practices.\nDeliver legal guidance and training to employees to promote awareness of legal and compliance requirements.\nCollaborate with colleagues across functions, geographies, and business units to support strategic projects and business objectives.\nSupport post-acquisition integration activities and other corporate initiatives as required.\nMaintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring legal matters are handled with professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.\nWho You Are:\nYou build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You consistently deliver results by taking ownership, maintaining high standards of integrity, and adapting effectively to changing priorities and business needs.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nQualification to practice law in Poland or eligibility to serve as in-house legal counsel in accordance with applicable regulations.\nRelevant experience providing legal support in a commercial, corporate, or international business environment.\nExperience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating sales contracts, procurement contracts, or other commercial agreements.\nAbility to communicate effectively in both Polish and English, including drafting legal documents and participating in business discussions.\nKnowledge of corporate, commercial, compliance, and regulatory matters relevant to a multinational organization.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.\nAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and collaborate across functions and cultures.\nProficiency with standard business software and legal documentation tools.\nA proactive, adaptable, and business-oriented approach to legal support.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nApproximately 2 to 5 years of relevant legal experience in a multinational company, manufacturing environment, goods or services sector, or an international law firm.\nExperience supporting cross-border business operations or working within a matrix organization.\nExposure to data protection, cybersecurity, sanctions compliance, claims management, or security-related legal matters.\nExperience supporting legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.\nFamiliarity with corporate governance and corporate housekeeping requirements.\nExperience delivering legal training and compliance awareness initiatives.\nUkrainian language skills.\nDemonstrated ability to balance legal risk with practical business objectives.\nOur Culture and Commitment To You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
