This role will need to have the ability to handle transactional activities and inquiries in payments received from customer, customer accounts conciliations for debt alignment, credit evaluations and dispute management and operational improvement /documentation and standard process development.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nUses multiple systems for tracking, information gathering, researching and entering documentation of communication with customer.\nAnalyze credit limits and credit requirements for customer accounts.\nReconciliation of customer accounts to settle strategies within the accounts receivable balances.\nAnswers inquiries and resolves routine issues within in the credit to cash process.\nRequires broad knowledge of company, products and/or services.\nMay respond to customer inquiries with strong negotiation skills.\nExercises limited independent judgment and discretion in handling various deliveries and credit hold releases.\nAnalyze and approve new account applications and prepare chargeback invoices.\nDiscuss account resolutions with internal parties.\nTransmit, generate billing data to customers and resolved billing inquiries.\nBuild account receivables reporting from credit, cash and collections.\nWho You Are:\nYou keep in touch with customers. You partner with others to get work done. You find opportunities that benefit the customer.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nDegree preferred in Accounting, Business Management or Finance.\nGood written and oral English communication skills.
