You will combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills to support successful project execution and deliver an outstanding customer experience.\nIf this sounds appealing to you, we encourage you to apply.\nLet’s Go!\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nAct as the primary local contact for customers throughout project execution.\nSupport Project Managers in understanding and addressing customer technical requirements.\nParticipate in customer meetings, progress reviews, and project discussions.\nBuild strong relationships with customers and proactively address concerns and challenges.\nCoordinate communication between customers, suppliers, fabricators, system integrators, and project teams.\nSupport change order management, technical clarifications, and project follow-up activities.\nReview supplier and subcontractor scope alignment with project specifications and requirements.\nMonitor supplier and fabrication progress and provide execution updates to project stakeholders.\nSupport inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and customer witness activities.\nAct as the local extension of the Global Hub Project Manager and execution team.\nWho You Are\nYou build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions. You communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and adapt your approach to different audiences and cultures. You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You identify and resolve issues proactively and consistently focus on delivering successful outcomes.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nDegree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.\nA minimum of 2-3 years experience coordinating technical projects, customers, suppliers, or contractors.\nUnderstanding of industrial systems, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, or process engineering.\nAbility to discuss technical requirements with customers and translate them into clear project actions.\nStrong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nBasic understanding of commercial and project execution processes.\nProfessional proficiency in English.\nWillingness to travel, approximately 40% of the time.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nExperience in Oil & Gas, metering, blending, transfer systems, or industrial automation projects.\nExperience working with fabricators, system integrators, suppliers, or manufacturing partners.\nFamiliarity with project planning tools and project execution methodologies.\nExperience supporting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), inspections, or site activities.\nAbility to work effectively across cultures, time zones, and global project teams.\nItalian language skills in addition to English.\nOur Culture and Commitment To You\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow. The salary range for this role is 32.100 to 59.700 EUR annual total compensation commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
