You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making, improve operational performance, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the organization.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nAnalyze and interpret operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand processes, reporting needs, and performance objectives.\nIdentify relevant data sources and contribute to defining requirements for data utilization and reporting.\nEnsure consistent application of business definitions, metrics, and key performance indicators.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using platforms such as Power BI, DOMO, or similar Business Intelligence tools.\nTranslate business requirements into user-friendly and effective reporting solutions.\nSupport the standardization and continuous improvement of operational reporting practices.\nMonitor and improve the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data used in reporting and analysis.\nInvestigate data discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.\nContribute to Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives and standards.\nDocument data sources, business rules, reporting logic, and analytical methodologies.\nCollaborate with Data Engineering, IT, and Business Intelligence teams to improve reporting and analytics capabilities.\nSupport testing and validation activities for new data sources, integrations, and data models.\nProvide guidance to users regarding reporting tools and interpretation of data insights.\nParticipate in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.\nHelp identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and best practices in data management and reporting.\nSupport compliance with company policies related to information security, ethics, health and safety, environmental standards, and international trade compliance requirements.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
