Possess Good written and verbal communication skills.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nMinimum 8 years of proven experience in the MES Recipes Implementation.\n\nFull-life cycle implementation acting in key Functional roles working on MES project. Experience in Workshops, agile methodologies etc.\n\nAbility to lead team.\n\nSkills-\n\nRecipe Authoring\n\nHTML, XML, VB Script\n\nGAMP, FDA validation and 21CFR part 11 compliance\n\nPharmaceutical manufacturing process\n\nAbility to learn new concepts and approaches.\n\nPersistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment.\n\nGreat teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations.\n\nPossess strong analytical skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nBachelor of Engineering Computers / Electronics/Instrumentation from a reputed university\n\n8-10 years of solid work experience and having worked as MES Senior Engineer or Lead.\n\nExperience in MES (Syncade/Werum PASX/Rockwell Pharma Suite/Opscenter/POMS/ Aprisio etc.)\n\nWork experience in the Life Sciences industry\n\nAble to travel in India and Globally as needed\n\nOur Culture & Commitment to You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
