You combine a strong analytical mindset with a practical, solution-oriented approach, and you communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams. You are a proactive individual contributor and a team player who shares knowledge, raises the quality bar, and sees problems through to completion\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized, accredited university or institution\n\n4+ years of hands-on experience developing applications on SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate\n\nStrong hands-on experience and expertise with Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) and Power Apps\n\nStrong knowledge of SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features, such as lists, libraries, workflows, web parts, master pages and permissions management\n\nExperience systems through APIs and connectors (REST, JSON, OAuth)\n\nExperience delivering projects in Scrum or Agile teams, including sprint planning and backlog management\n\nPractical experience with Copilot Studio or a strong ability to ramp up quickly on AI agent solutions\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document solutions clearly for technical and non-technical audiences\n\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nExposure to Power BI development\n\nBasic level of RPA developments using Power Automate Desktop\n\nHands-on experience with SQL queries, views and store procedures\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx)\n\nExperience working in SAFe, Scrum or Agile frameworks for project planning and delivery\n\nExperience working within an ITIL model to resolve user queries within agreed SLAs\n\nMicrosoft certifications, such as Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform App Maker Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate\n\nStrong communication skills in dealing with internal customers from a range of functional areas\n\nFluent in English\n\nOur Culture & Commitment to You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
