You will engage the organization to surface automation opportunities, maintain a backlog of automation projects, and ensure the efficient execution of development.\nIf this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines!\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nWork on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes focusing on RPA\nDesign, develop, and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes.\nImplement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using advanced automation tools.\nTroubleshoot and fix major bugs/defects and assist junior developers in making sure issues/requests are resolved appropriately and on time.\nIntroduce and test new technologies to continuously improve the technical capabilities of the team relating to RPA and other automation tools (e.g, Robocorp, UIPath, etc.).\nCreate automation sequences (code creation) that will support a specific task or process, including (but not limited to) Office 365, Excel macros, RPA, and other Emerson IT-approved automation tool standards, with a heavy emphasis of their time invested in RPA development.\nWho You Are:\nYou are driven by a strong desire to achieve results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar.\n3-4 years of relevant work experience in the software development field, tools, and process automation particularly in RPA Development.\nProficient in automation tools and platforms, including Office 365 applications (Flow, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).\nDeep knowledge of Integrated Administrative and Productivity Tools.\nHands-on troubleshooting and response experience.\nSolid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).\nOur Culture & Commitment to You\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
