In this role, you will collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to optimize processes, solve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement across the organization\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nOptimize and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and operational performance using Lean Manufacturing principles.\n\nSupport production teams by providing technical expertise, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.\n\nDevelop employee knowledge and process awareness by promoting best practices and supporting the implementation of standardized manufacturing methods.\n\nLead and support new product introductions, engineering changes, and production launches while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved.\n\nCoordinate and monitor assigned production areas to ensure process stability, workplace organization, and availability of required tools, fixtures, and documentation.\n\nCreate, maintain, and update technical documentation, product files, engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing specifications.\n\nParticipate in product transfer, industrialization, and manufacturing readiness projects.\n\nProvide technical support regarding product design and construction to Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and other business functions.\n\nCollaborate with the Quality Department to define quality requirements, support inspections, and drive quality improvement initiatives.\n\nSupport customer complaint investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.\n\nMonitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs/BSC), ensuring accurate documentation and data-driven decision-making.\n\nDrive problem-solving and continuous improvement activities to enhance product performance, manufacturing efficiency, and operational excellence.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou are an innovative and analytical engineer with a passion for product development and process improvement.
