coordinate escalation as needed.\n\nMaintain operational runbooks, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.\n\nIdentify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve delivery consistency.\n\nContribute to root cause analysis, incident post-mortems, and process improvement initiatives.\n\nStay current on DevOps trends, tools, and best practices; recommend enhancements to existing workflows.\n\nSupport DevSecOps practices and participate in continuous improvement projects under guidance of senior team members.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related technical field.\n\n3+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, cloud operations, system administration, application support, release management, or related technical operations.\n\nExperience supporting CI/CD pipelines, build and release automation, deployment troubleshooting, and source control workflows.\n\nExperience with Azure DevOps, Git, YAML pipeline configuration, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting tools.\n\nBuilding proficiency in Azure Cloud Platform, Kubernetes / AKS, Docker, Linux, and Windows Server;
