function within a complex, matrixed and culturally diverse organization. 15+ years of relevant experience in HR in a global MNC environment, working at both a strategic and executional level.\n\nPossess strong leadership and proven ability to lead, coach, and develop HR professionals and build high-performing teams.\n\nStrong collaboration, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and credibility across all levels of the organization.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading labor relations and industrial relations activities, including direct engagement with unions, collective bargaining support, employee relations strategy, and stakeholder management in unionized environments.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\n\nSound and practical knowledge of Korean employment legislation and HR practices.\n\nFluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders.\n\nProcess and detail oriented, passionate about continuous improvement\n\nDesired Qualifications & Experiences that Set you Apart\nBachelor or Master degree in any discipline\n\nQualifications in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related discipline\n\nOverseas working experience, critical development
