You will provide technical sales and application support to Emerson Measurement Solutions by performing order sizing for DP Flow Rosemount Measurement products and resolving production redlight.\nIf this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines!\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nProvide technical sales and application support to Emerson Automation Solutions Rosemount by performing order sizing for Rosemount Measurement (DP Flow) and resolving Production Redlight.\nProvide technical support and act as a resource person to Project Engineers (PE), Project Execution Lead (PEL), Inside Sales Engineers (ISE), Business Administrators (BA), Manufacturing Engineers, and Technical Support Administrators (TSA) in terms of the product sizing process.\nPerform order quality audits on booked orders for Rosemount products.\nIdentify and assign Redlight to book orders and prevent manufacturing Redlight.\nWho You Are:\nYou have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving. You deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You can proficiently converse, creatively propose straightforward solutions, and develop alternative resolutions to customer concerns. You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering courses.\nAt least 1.5 years of technical support experience related to process automation, control, and optimization technologies and services.\nIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.\nIntermediate knowledge of instrumentation products and engineering principles, especially with process measurement products and principles.\nIntermediate knowledge of business tools such as Oracle, Toolkit, Product Advisor (PA), CRM, SSRS, Rosewire, Engineering Assistant 5, and Engineering Assistant 6.\nWillingness to work on a night shift schedule.\nOur Culture and Commitment to You\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
