In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform incident management for all quality-related claims received globally.
- Prepare resolutions for quality-related claims that is beneficial to both business and customer.
- Gather information needed for a successful project management of the team.
- Generate reports of high value to the organization that drive results.

- Bachelor's degree in any Engineering degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in a position with customer interface.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
