You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions. You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and partners\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nMinimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Purchasing / Procurement / Supply Chain or Casting, Forging, Machining\nKnowledge in Strategic sourcing methodology, supply chain management, contracting, procurement, and supplier management skill. \nExperience working with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. \nExcellent digital literacy and a technical proficiency that includes significant data gathering skills, expertise, interpretation, and reporting for the Supply Chain organization.\nStrong problem solving & analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and management (Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, PowerPoint, SQL). \nSelf-motivated\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management or any related field.\nExperience in Project Management and Project Management certification are an added advantage\nWorking Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM\nOur Culture & Commitment to You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
