From project planning and procurement through commissioning, closeout, and warranty support, you will play a key role in driving successful project outcomes while contributing to the growth of Emerson's renewable energy business.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.\n\nEstablish clear project expectations and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.\n\nCoordinate and oversee the activities of engineering, electrical, mechanical, and specialty subcontractors.\n\nManage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, proposals, correspondence, compliance records, and project archives.\n\nIdentify, assess, and manage project risks while collaborating with technical teams to develop effective mitigation strategies.\n\nAnticipate and address scope changes, facilitating productive discussions and negotiations to support project success.\n\nBuild strong customer and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.\n\nManage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and execution.\n\nLead pre-bid meetings, site visits, project kickoff meetings, and project review sessions.\n\nPartner with Sales and other business teams to support proposal development and guide opportunities through the bidding process.\n\nShare lessons learned and provide recommendations that continuously improve project execution practices.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You lay out a thorough schedule and list steps for achieving objectives.
