We expect our tools to evolve and value engineers who can evaluate technologies pragmatically and apply durable engineering principles.\nThis position is ideal if you enjoy simplifying complex infrastructure, leading cross-system technical work, mentoring engineers, and influencing technical direction across teams.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nDesign and implement secure, reliable, and maintainable cloud infrastructure\nProvide technical direction for infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, and automation\nGuide the architecture and operation of shared AWS and Azure environments\nImprove infrastructure delivery, validation, observability, and recovery practices\nLead complex infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technical investigations\nDiagnose issues spanning cloud services, Kubernetes, networking, identity, and delivery systems\nEvaluate technologies and guide pragmatic architecture and engineering decisions\nDefine and promote effective infrastructure engineering standards\nLead technical initiatives from discovery through implementation and operation\nBalance roadmap improvements with maintenance and operational responsibilities\nCollaborate with R&D application and platform teams, security, SRE, release engineering, and IT\nMentor engineers and provide constructive design and code reviews\nCreate clear architecture documentation, operational guidance, and technical proposals\nRemain hands-on in implementation, troubleshooting, and operational support\nWho You Are:\nYou combine strong technical judgment with a practical and collaborative approach. You can navigate ambiguity, identify the most important problems, and guide solutions without introducing unnecessary complexity. You communicate decisions clearly, build alignment across organizational boundaries, and help other engineers grow.
