On a day-to-day basis you will be working with the Project Management, Sales and International Sales teams to coordinate timely shipment of projects.\nIn this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities, simultaneously set priorities in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as a team.\nManage orders through a variety of web based tools.\nProvide support for international offices/contacts/representatives using Fisher system information.\nCorrespond with external organizations such as customs agents, freight forwarders/agents and carriers.\nObtain necessary information on incomplete or revised shipping requirements.\nObtain quotes for freight and containerization.\nComplete advanced shipping documentation, including use of various customer specific forms.\nResponsible for correct completion of all documents and retrieval in accordance with record keeping requirements.\nFollowing shipment, responsible for correct completion of all documents and retrieval in accordance with record keeping requirements.\nEnsure compliance with international laws, regulations, and procedures regarding movement of goods.\nOther duties as assigned by management.\nActively engages Freight Forwarding agents and carriers in arranging customer pickups\nWho You Are:\nYou carefully consider all relevant factors and use appropriate decision making criteria and principles.
