You Will Need:\nTechnical education, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Facilities Maintenance, Mechanical Systems, or a related field.\nExperience performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on HVAC or refrigeration equipment.\nKnowledge of industrial electricity fundamentals and safe maintenance practices.\nAbility to read, interpret, and follow technical procedures and work instructions.\nFamiliarity with preventive maintenance methodologies and equipment inspection practices.\nCommitment to workplace safety and compliance with established safety procedures, including LOTO programs.\nAbility to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments.\nAbility to perform physical tasks associated with facility maintenance activities.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nExperience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or large commercial facilities.\nKnowledge of refrigeration systems, chillers, compressed air systems, and related facility utilities.\nTraining or certification related to HVAC, refrigeration, industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or facility operations.\nExperience using maintenance management systems and documenting maintenance activities.\nExposure to Lean, 5S, continuous improvement, or reliability-centered maintenance practices.\n Experience contributing to cross-functional problem-solving and improvement
