You actively seek new ways to improve processes, solve problems, and increase organizational effectiveness.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n8-15 years of experience in facility management, engineering operations, technical services, or infrastructure management.\nExperience managing office facilities, engineering infrastructure, and specialized laboratory environments such as Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, R&D, Testing, Calibration, or Industrial Labs.\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, utility management, maintenance strategies, and facility operations.\nUnderstanding of workplace safety requirements, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices.\nExperience managing service providers, contractors, maintenance programs, and operational budgets.\nAbility to lead multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nAdvanced qualification in Business Administration, Facility Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nProfessional certifications related to facilities management, safety, energy management, or project management.\nExperience managing large-scale technical laboratories, research facilities, or industrial campuses.\nKnowledge of energy conservation programs, sustainability initiatives, and environmental management practices.\nExperience with Building Management Systems (BMS), facility analytics, and technology-enabled operations.\nExposure to capital project planning, infrastructure expansion, and facility modernization programs.\nExperience developing and managing operational and capital budgets.\nOur Culture and Commitment To You:\nAt Emerson, we are committed to fostering a workplace where every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best work.
