As an industry-leading controls automation company, we drive innovation that makes the world healthier, safer, smarter, and more sustainable.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nWorking with the Sales team and Customers to develop a comprehensive project scope for custom power and water applications\nConduct site walkdowns and develop cost estimates for retrofit engineering and installation projects\nDevelop technical specifications and coordinate with third-party vendors\nEvaluate contractor bids for installation work\nManage and coordinate regional projects, including planning and scheduling activities to meet customer and project needs\nLead technical and project meetings, documenting outcomes clearly\nDesign, review, implement, and test control systems for power and water applications\nDevelop and maintain control system databases, logic, and operator interfaces\nSupport installation, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites\nProvide technical guidance and engineering support to customers and internal teams\nBuild and sustain strong, trust-based customer relationships through clear and professional verbal and written communication skills\nWho You Are:\nYou understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships. You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities and you acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, related STEM degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience\n3+ years of related experience\nUnderstanding basic networking and computer assembly/troubleshooting experience\nStrong communication skills\nKnowledge of a working power plant and all sub-systems\nBe able to travel up to 50-75% of the time. The travel requirement will be seasonal\nLegal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nA working understanding of Ladder Logic, SAMA diagrams, and P&ID prints\nExperience with DCS/PLC controls\n5+ years of control experience in the power and water/wastewater treatment industries\nOur compensation philosophy is simple: We pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process.
