Works well within a team but is equally capable of performing independently.Knowledge of Distributed Control System (DCS) - Basic Requirement.\nKnowledge of Metal & Mining / Chemical Industry / Refinery is an added advantage.\nKnowledge of Batch, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, Networking, Safety Systems, handling of Charms I/O, Proficient in Cybersecurity and knowledge on AMS will be preferred.\n\nInteraction: Receives guidance from a mentor and collaborates with team members to complete assignments as needed. Also leads interactions with other sites and departments to achieve project objectives.\nCustomer Focus: Engages in increased customer interaction. Works collaboratively within a team and alongside a senior engineer when needed. Also capable of independently working with customers or the sales force to support project and business objectives.\nIndustry Awareness: Takes initiative to understand the industry landscape, including project execution, service offerings, EPM market trends, customer segments, and overall business requirements.\nProviding Solutions: Receives directions from a Senior Service Engineer for small-scale service projects. Possesses a strong general knowledge base and is developing expertise in a specific service area. Holds or is pursuing relevant certifications and continues to build skills within the identified product and certification domain.\nImproving the Process: Actively learns and applies process improvement methodologies. Participates in implementing process changes and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.\nPreferred Qualification:\nB.E. / B. Tech (Instrumentation / ECE/ Electrical).
