As an industry-leading controls automation company, we drive innovation that makes the world healthier, safer, smarter, and more sustainable.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nWorking with the Sales team and Customers to develop a comprehensive project scope for custom power and water applications\nConduct site walkdowns and develop cost estimates for retrofit engineering and installation projects\nDevelop technical specifications and coordinate with third-party vendors\nEvaluate contractor bids for installation work\nManage and coordinate regional projects, including planning and scheduling activities to meet customer and project needs\nLead technical and project meetings, documenting outcomes clearly\nDesign, review, implement, and test control systems for power and water applications\nDevelop and maintain control system databases, logic, and operator interfaces\nSupport installation, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites\nProvide technical guidance and engineering support to customers and internal teams\nBuild and sustain strong, trust-based customer relationships through clear and professional verbal and written communication skills\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, related STEM degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience\nMinimum 3 years of related experience\nWorking knowledge of power plant and all sub-systems\nExperience with DCS controls \nExperience developing and maintaining control system databases, logic, and operator interfaces\nUnderstanding basic networking and computer assembly/troubleshooting experience\nStrong communication skills\nBe able to travel up to 50-75% of the time.
