This role partners with World Area finance teams and senior leadership to deliver financial insights, evaluate business performance, and support strategic decision-making.\nAs a Global FP&A Manager, you will:\nPartner with World Area and group-level finance leadership to coordinate and consolidate financial plans, forecasts, and analyses.\nLead key financial planning and review processes, including the President’s Operations Report (POR), Financial Review, President’s Councils, Value Creation Conference, Profit Review, and annual Budget Review.\nAnalyze and report monthly and quarterly business performance, identifying key drivers, variances, risks, and opportunities.\nDevelop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to evaluate business performance and support strategic decisions.\nPrepare accurate, timely executive reports and presentations that communicate key financial results and insights.\nCollaborate with Operations, Sales, Accounting, and other cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting accuracy, and business performance.\nManage the finance calendar and ensure timely, accurate completion of planning and reporting deliverables.\nMonitor compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and financial controls, supporting effective asset and liability management.\nDrive process improvement and automation using tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI-enabled solutions.\nLead and develop finance team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nRespond to ad hoc management requests with timely financial analysis and actionable recommendations.\nWho You Are\nYou are a results-driven finance professional with strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills. You translate complex financial data into actionable business insights, build effective cross-functional partnerships, and manage competing priorities in a global environment.
