Work with functional managers to clear the findings / concerns.\n\nMotivate finance team and develop talents.\n\nSupport global initiatives to develop system tools and drive the continuous improvement on process efficiency (Global data warehouse, BU segment reports)\n\nLiaise between Tescom Headquarters and Automation Solution Asia Pacific region on financial stuff.\n\nHandle non-routine special projects and reporting requirements.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.
